About
Hello there, Darling! My name is Evelyn. I am a sixth-generation Savannah native, and I have a deeply rooted passion for all things hair (no pun intended). I started doing hair as an amateur in high-school, coloring my friend’s and my own hair constantly in my bathroom. This sparked my interest in doing hair for a living. So, in 2018, I started my professional journey at Empire Beauty School. I graduated and became a Licensed Master Cosmetologist in 2019. Since then, I have put my career in the beauty industry at the top of my priority list. I’ve become a vivid color specialist, a texture specialist, and a blonding specialist so far, and I’m currently working on becoming certified in hand-tied and tape-in extensions. By specializing in these forms of hair artistry, I create custom, colorful, and luxury looks tailored to each client’s individual style. Widow’s Peak Salon Studio is my ultimate passion project. I’ve carefully curated the energy of the space to be a place of acceptance, no matter what walk of life you come from. I’m a certified Strands for Trans salon, meaning my studio is a safe space for all members of the LGBTQ+ community. Being queer myself, I want to make everyone feel equal and welcome with open arms when in my chair. I not only care about your hair and it’s health, but I also care about you, and your mental and emotional health. At my salon, I use entirely cruelty free and ethically sourced products. My main color lines are Danger Jones and Joico, and I am Pro-Certified by K-18 Hair Care to maintain your hair health and strength at its core. The other lines I use include AIIR, Celeb Luxury, Difiaba, Drop Dead Hair Extensions, Leaf + Flower, and Malibu C. Outside of the salon, I have many hobbies that include, but are not limited to: going to local shows and concerts, making DIY clothing, watching movies, spending time with my dog, Roxie, and practicing metaphysics with tools such as crystals, tarot readings, and much more! I truly believe that all people have something that can inspire the world, and I love meeting new people and using the healing powers of communication and culture to bring people closer together. I’m always willing to be a friend to those who need me, and that doesn’t stop with my clients. If you’re looking for someone who can make magic with your locks, and help you find the magic that you carry within, I am the stylist for you. I can’t wait to see you!Business Hours
